Agriturismo Ferdy wins the "Eccellenze Lombarde" award from Identità Golose Milano 2024!
The award was presented by Alessandro Beduschi (center), Lombardy Region's councillor for Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, directly to Nicolò and chef Alessio Manzoni.
Reason: "It is easy to fall in love with the stories that come to us from the four corners of the planet, from Peru, Brazil, the Nordic countries, Asia ... But woe betide us if we don't pay the same attention to those who know how to be excellent, without straying far from their Lombard valley. Mountain cuisine looks to the Olympics!"
"But OROBIE more" is a belief in our mountains being increasingly valued against constant neglect, risking a centuries-old agricultural culture and biodiversity heritage.
