In the Bergamo Area, there isn't, there really isn't, a farm company that can compare to what happens in the High Bremaba Valley in Lenna, that has the name of the same name of the person who created it, Ferdy Quarteroni.
In about 20 years, with his wife Cinzia, has created something just special and unique that combines the old territory traditions and strong history with innovations realized into the hospitality and food and beverage fields. A kind of revolution compared to the economic depression that the Valley is living. In few years, Ferdy original dream turned into reality with all its different structures; the ancient chalet that now is the reasturant place, wood rooms (all with a different kind of wood that preserve the original scents), the wellness spa and the hospitality structures.
Fardy and its passion for the sustainability over time of the territory and animals (Original Brown cow and Orobic goat, both endangered animals) developed also in its Ferdy Mountains Pasture where, in the summer, becomes as well a partner structure of Agriturismo Ferdy. The raw materials from its farm is applied in the dishes of the cousine, in the natural Orobic goat milk and wild flowers cosmetic line, in the spirits and in the cheese and cold cuts.
From the outside, it seems that Agriturismo Ferdy has always been worked in giving the best service in the restaurant service but if we look closely we realize that something has changed. The Nogroni cocktail with mountain and sea breeze that Nicolò makes is a clear example of the infinite resources of this magic place and of the people that live in it.
Is the journey over? Absolutely not, with the step in of the children Alice e Nicolò, new projects are continuously growing. Soon there will be the opening of the new structure that will be composed by the new cheese making rooms, cold storages and the new boutique and tech meeting rooms for events and classes.
