The "Estro" wine is one of the most important of the Fausto farm. "Estro" that means 'whimsical'is the perfect name for a wine that everyone can love. Fausto, according to his passions, likes to work on pure wines however this is a special wine for him because has inside a blend that is made out of also an ancient grape from Georgia called 'Moradella' desappeared in the XVII Century and then recovered by him!One of the best pick of Fausto's due to the extreme balance of its scents!
